After a first solo album, "Mouvance" (Nocturne), acclaimed by the press ("Choc", Le Monde De La Musique), Yvan Robilliard won two prestigious French awards: 1st prize at the 2005 La Defense National Contest as composer and as soloist.
In 2006, he starts a trio with Fabrice Theuillon and Nicolas Larmignat. With an all originals repertoire and an unusual line-up, this trio gets a perfect balance beetween written and improvised materials.
This powerfull, urban music deals with wide ranges of moods and colors: a music of the times.
